Partner With CROWN
Four partnership pathways for organisations committed to fighting identity-based discrimination: mecenat, academic collaboration, training, and salons.
Building Together
CROWN’s mission — dismantling identity-based discrimination through research, technology, and evidence — cannot be accomplished alone. Progress requires partnerships that combine CROWN’s specialised expertise with the resources, reach, and institutional credibility of organisations that share our commitment to measurable social impact.
We work with partners who understand that fighting discrimination is not a communications exercise. It requires data, infrastructure, and sustained investment. CROWN provides the research methodology, the measurement tools, and the evidence base. Our partners provide the resources, the institutional networks, and the scale.
Four Partnership Pathways
Corporate Mecenat
For companies that want to invest in the research infrastructure that makes discrimination measurable. CROWN’s corporate mecenat programme offers structured giving tiers with clear impact reporting, full tax deductibility in Switzerland and France, and alignment with ESG and CSRD reporting requirements. Mecenat partners fund the CROWN Discrimination Index, the CROWN Hair Commons, and the 360° Protocol clinical validation.
Academic Collaboration
For universities and research institutions that want to advance the science of discrimination measurement. CROWN collaborates on joint grant applications, co-supervised theses, and shared data access. Our developing relationships with the University of Geneva and ETH Zürich illustrate the model: rigorous academic research directly connected to real-world impact.

Corporate Training
For organisations that want to understand, measure, and address hair discrimination in their workplaces. CROWN’s training programme covers the science of hair discrimination, CDI assessment and benchmarking, grooming policy audits, and leadership development. Delivered on-site, virtually, or in hybrid formats.
Salon Partnership
For salon professionals and networks interested in bringing objective, sensor-verified hair diagnostics into their practice. CROWN is developing diagnostic technology in consultation with leading European research universities. We are building a pilot programme for salons that want to be at the forefront of evidence-based hair assessment.
Why Partner With CROWN
CROWN is a Swiss association registered in Geneva — at the crossroads of international organisations, European policy, and world-leading academic institutions. Our governance structure ensures that 100 percent of resources are allocated to mission delivery. Our board serves without compensation. Partnerships with CROWN are partnerships with a research institution, not a commercial venture.
Every partnership produces measurable outcomes. We report impact through the CDI — the same rigorous measurement framework we apply to discrimination itself. Partners receive regular reporting on how their investment translates into data produced, research published, and evidence delivered to policymakers.
